  • Preparation of all required obligatory rulebooks of the new company and all changes caused by changes in Law:
    • Labor Rulebook,
    • Job classification in the Company,
    • Work Safety Rulebook,
    • Rulebook for safety in situation caused by fire,
    • Accounting Rulebook.
  • Employment matters:
    • preparation of labor contracts and annexes to labor contracts in order to change salary, work place, etc, Decisions of appointments of workers, etc;
    • registering employees – preparation and delivering necessary documents to National Employment Agency and other institutions;
    • deregistering employees – after termination of labor contract, preparation and delivering necessary documents to National Employment Agency and other institutions;
    • Issuing all necessary Decisions, certificates and similar documents to employees or Government institutions;
    • Answering questions related to employment matters on everyday basis – all questions related to rights of workers and employer and procedures for implementation of those rights;
    • Providing support when applying for working permit for foreigners if needed;
  • Drawing up of all decisions and other documents stipulated by the Law and in relation to the holding of the Company’s Assembly;
  • Drawing up of drafts of decisions and declarations for the Director stipulated for purchase and/or alienating of fixed assets, business trips, usage of fixed assets, inventory etc;
  • Increase/Decrease of capital – required decisions, changes to Incorporation Act, registering with Government institutions, managing of Book of stakes,
  • Changes of name, legal representative, address, etc – required decisions, changes to Incorporation Act, registering with Government institutions,
  • Preparation of all forms, reports and similar documents to institutions in Serbia related to money transfer from abroad to any account of the new company in Serbia;
  • Managing the Book of Decisions, Book of incoming mail, Book of outgoing mail, Book of incoming/outgoing invoices, stamping and managing of received/sent documents of any kind on everyday basis;
  • Maintaining contact with all Government institutions in relations of all/any obligations on everyday basis.
